Martin Coleman : “Let’s End Ageism!” Martin who is CEO of ‘Your Age Advantage’ gave a fascinating talk on the ways in which ‘Ageism’ is rife in our country. The Australian Human Rights Commission confirm Ageism is on the rise.and Martin believes Ageism is “the hidden prejudice.” 89% of workers believe Ageism is common in the workplace. For the individual, Ageism is devastating, hidden, and insidious. It’s perpetuated by marketing, and Martin promotes intergenerational teams in the workplace, emphasising how much the mature- aged  contribute not just to the workplace, but to society. Martin seeks to conduct a PILOT STUDY and hopes to find a business that will partner with him in this aim.
