Religious book publishing

How refreshing to hear from Book Publisher, Hugh McGinnley recently. In his rich Scottish accent ( despite living in Australia for 40+ years), Hugh gave an enlightening overview of some of the aspects in the book publishing world. Hugh specializes in Religious book publishing, and aspects such as sourcing authors & inviting them to be published, dealing with unsolicited requests to be published , and often having to reject manuscripts, is all part of the job. Discerning if there is a market for the subject matter is also key, as well as ensuring there are no copyright issues. Hugh painstakingly edits all books that are published. He describes his work as a “Twin Ministry:- Challenging the church tradition, & Encouraging people in their craft. Great work Hugh!
