THE CHURCH OF CHRIST, THORNBURY

THE CHURCH OF CHRIST, THORNBURY, is not just a building on the corner of St.Georges Road and Smith St. Thornbury. It is a living community offering numerous lines of care, personal education, free food parcels, community meals, coffees, a vast community pantry
and of course various life-giving worship services.

When newly-appointed Minister Sue Maric arrived on scene with no welcome, that was a sign that things were very slow moving. That changed in no time. In her talk Sue listed the non-stop introductions or happenings that developed an open door and the development of the true meaning od community.
